Low Altitude Safe Flying Operations: 

-Signed written consent form required before any filming/photography 

-Equipment will not be operated in a careless or reckless manner 

-Always operating under 400 feet above ground level (AGL)

-Will not operate within 5 miles of an airport without obtaining proper licenses and/or approvals

-No operation above large crowds of people

-Equipment safety check before each flight

-Operator keeps a direct visual line of sight (VLS) of equipment while operating

-Establish a home point during aerial take offs that is clear of trees or structure

-Never operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol

-Never operate in areas of high winds exceeding 20mph

-Never operate during inclement weather​

-Always have pre flight plans prior to operation 

-Never exceed factory specified takeoff weight of equipment 

-Indicated airspeed not to exceed 30 knots

-Paper work on hand at all times (Flight plan, consent forms, safety protocol)

-Record any alterations or any maintenance, and there must be a recorded test flight

-Maintenance, inspection and alterations noted in records

-The flight must be aborted in the event of unpredicted obstacles or emergencies

-First aid kit available at all times during operation
